Greg opened the meeting at 7:05 pm at the Olmsted National Bank Building.  The minutes of the May 25, 2011 were approved with minor revision.

 

Treasurer’s Report: Rita and Terry reviewed the Treasure report.  

 

August Dance:  50s and 60s Dance.  Prizes will be offered for the best male, best female and two tickets for the winners of the swing dance off.  It was agreed to offer root beer floats for a donation.  

 

Heritage Days:  Paula agreed to help with Heritage Days and identify dancers.  It was suggested using music for the 50s and 60s.

 

Demonstrations:  Sally Madonnal Meadows demonstration not yielding dancers.
